They work fine together. The Lexapro helps with the anxiety that the Wellbutrin can cause; and the Lexapro helps relieve the constipation the Wellbutrin can cause. Just take the lowest possible doses of each, such as 150 mg Wellbutrin xl and 5 mg Lexapro. Try starting off with 5 mg of Lexapro, and go up to 10 mg if necessary. But do not exceed the dose recommended by your doctor.
