Eukaryote cell means a cell with membrane-bound organelles. They have a nucleic membrane as well. This includes every kingdom but EU and Archae Bacteria
The Eukarya domain consists of animals, plants, fungi, and protists. The other two domains of life are Archaea and Bacteria. Most organisms from the Archaea and Bacteria domains are unicellular (one-celled) and most of the organisms from the Eukarya domain are multicellular (many celled). Eukaryotic cells are cells that DO have a nucleus, so they are more evolved than prokaryotic cells. They usually have a nucleus in the middle, with DNA inside of it, cytoplasm surrounding the nucleus, ribosomes all throughout the cell, and a plasma membrane acting as a covering for the entire cell.
Eukaryotic cells are multi-cellular. They have a true nucleus, nuclear membrane and proteins. Their proteins can be associated with the DNA like in histones. These cells are also membrane-bound unlike the prokaryotic cells.
A eukaryote is an organism whose cells contain complex structures enclosed within membranes. The defining membrane-bound structure that sets eukaryotic cells apart from prokaryotic cells is the nucleus, or nuclear envelope, within which the genetic material is carried. The presence of a nucleus gives eukaryotes their name.

nucleus
animal cell is shaped like a circle and a plant cell is shaped like a rectangle.
Many protozoans and bacterias have cilia for moving purpose. Cilia may also be found in eukaryotic organisms to increase surface area, such as in small intestine.

The eukaryotic cell cannot be modeled as one entity, as the only defining thing about it is that it has a nucleus. A plant cell, animal cell, fungus cell, and a protist cell all look and act quite differently.

it is normally shapeless and it does not have a cell wall like in plant cell
Animalia ( Animal cell), Plantae (Plant cell), Fungi.
Cilia look a bit like hair.
its shaped like a boat or kind of like a shoe.
If you look under a microscope and see that there is no nucleus, thats a prokaryotic cell. If it does have a nucleus, its a eukaryotic cell
