animal cells only have a nucleus, cytoplasm and cell membrane but a plant cell has a cell wall, cell membrane, cytoplasm, chloroplasts, vacuole and nucleus.

plant cell has chloroplast but animal cell lacks chloroplast. animal cell lacks cell wall but it is present in plant cell. animal cell possess lysosomes but they are absent in plant
