The urine is mixed in with the feces. It is not a separate process as in other animals.
More in depth info.
When you look at chicken feces (poop). You will notice that some is dark color and some of it is white or grey. The white/grey is called uric acid. Urinating is fairly wasteful of water. Reptiles and birds have developed a different, less water-wasting process for dealing with their bodies' ammonia. Instead of converting their ammonia to urea, they mostly convert it to uric acid, which is excreted as a white paste or even a dry, white powder. Very little water is wasted here. And that white, pasty substance is C5H4N3O3, or uric acid and comes out with the other waste products.
Birds in general do not urinate. If you've ever seen bird poop on your car, you'll notice that it's mostly white with flecks of dark (unless they've been eating mulberries, in which case it's mostly pink with flecks of dark, and it stains like anything, so wash it off quick).
The dark is feces, or "poop", proper. The white part is essentially a paste of what would be left over if you were to take urine and evaporate most of the water (why on Earth you would do such a disgusting thing, I don't know).
Even birds that eat an almost entirely liquid diet (such as, say, lorikeets ... at the San Diego Wild Animal Park, you can go into "Lorikeet Landing" and feed them a sort of nectar, though you'll probably want a raincoat for reasons you'll understand in a minute) still excrete a pasty as opposed to truly liquid waste, though theirs is more watery than most.
No, chickens do not have urethras. They have cloacas, which are a combined orifice for intestinal, urinary, and reproductive processes. The term comes from latin, and means "sewer".
They usually go in the chicken coop or outside.
no
Chickens urinate, defecate and lay eggs all from their vent.
because they dont consume alot of water and also becasue it comes out in their poo
The same as any other chicken breed. They have a cloaca (vent) which is a duel purpose orafice to expel both eggs and feces. Chickens do not urinate, they excrete uric acid along with the feces...which is why chicken feces is both brown and white.
NO The uric acid produced by a chicken is expelled through the same process as feces. That white part of chicken feces is actually uric acid. Chicken do not urinate, they process water differently than other animals using it much more efficiently.
how much do we urinate
if you urinate on it then it will turn yellow except if i were to urinate on it i cant urinate
Chicken droppings are richer than cow dung because a chicken's droppings contains both highly concentrated urea and fecal matter. Birds don't urinate like mammals do, and the urea that is collected by their single kidney is expelled in a highly concentrated form as droppings.
