I don't know that this is 100% accurate, and I'm not sure the exact number, but I am pretty sure that there are less convolutions and sulci of the sheep cerebrum than the human cerebrum.

I agree with the person above, the convolutions and sulci of the sheep cerebrum are less than the human cerebrum, because the humans have evolved more mental capacity.
