Snakes communicate in a variety of ways, the first method of their highly complexed method of commucation. Echolocation is when a sound is made and the animal producing the wave will hear it after it has bounced back this causes the animal to be alerted by any nearby sound frequncies being prouced as if they here it come back faster in a particular area then the snake knows that another snake isproduce a frequency.

Crocodiles communicate in lots of ways. Tail slapping and bubble blowing is an invitation to mate. Showing of teeth and roughhousing with other crocs is sort of a "get out of here" saying.
