Diabetics control their blood sugar levels by making sure they have enough sugars, if they have to much they need to have some units of insulin, if their sugars are too low, they need alot of sugars, such as glucotablets and glucogel to make there sugars go back up, and then carbohydrates such as crisps or biscuits, to keep their sugar levels there.dianbetics should take less food at a time.and take small food every 4 hours
