I'm not sure just what your asking, but in a very general way, it can be said, that electronic things work, by the successful manipulation of, the flow of electrons, to achieve a desired result!!!!

Electronics is a study of electrons emission. A force is applied to a nucleus causing electrons to leave the orbiting trajectory and basically moving to the next nucleus and so forth causing electrons to flow. Electrons are not manipulated but its flow follow a set of established physical laws.
