The reason why Fisher men know where the fish are is because they can look on the internet and search and also he/they will be able to see other people fishing there, also if they are old Fisher men then they will have more experience and they might of gone fishing before.
The thing with fisher men they could of got told where to go fishing by a close relative or something. If you have a relative that goes swimming ask them because im sure they will tell you about where they got the information from. I get excited when i hear news about swimming because it is a really good hobby that i do every week.
