∙ 13y agoThe way you get it is that you have to go to Slateport City and go to the Pokemon Contest building (just North-West of the Pokemon Center) and talk to the little girl in the bottom left corner of the building right as you walk in the door. Just talk to her and she'll say she has two pokecases so she'll give you one. Note: she's in the area of the bottom left corner =}
