The same ways that women do--whatever is most important to then in a partner is what they screeen by. Some people screen by physical appearance, some by financial status and educational/career prospects, some by sexual skill and performance, others by previous relationships/marriages/children.
Someone may have a rigid idea of a soulmate and reject anyone who does not exactly fit that mold, while others may be looking for a certain character and personality and be less worried about other aspects of the person.
It does not really mater how a woman screens for a mate. She will not be happy with and will try to remold-recast Him anyway! But all women want the most powerful / wealthy man their bodies can produce. (Unless they are young, then they will settle for a man with potential!)
