human resource management is simply a new form of slavery in the American work place...
It has destroyed all the human rights gain that was made by Unionization in the first half of the 20th Century...
It falsely claims credit of having a "positive" impact...
the only Positive has been from the Company side of the issue ...
And that impact has only come about because of the vast increase in available labor due to foreign competition, not by anything that the human resource departments have supposedly done. People are afraid of loosing their jobs so they "put up with" the HR departments Quirks and Attitude's
Considering that the Quality of life of the average American has gone down since the creation of HR it hardly matters that their might be an improved industrial relation climate at the same time.
Considering that HR has contributed to the down fall of the American Middle class, I would argue that HR is anti-american. That HR is concentration camp socialism.
Think about it.... Human.... Resources.... as if Humans were a commodity to be bought and sold...
