you cannot add it to theres only you can add theres to yours. they would have to add you themselves. even if you arent on theres if they are online you can talk to them and tell them to add you.
I would just look at the person when everyones busy or if he's not paying attention, and if the person sees you just smile so he/she knows your just looking around, but then be careful about it after...
