Section Eights are a military action barring a member from service for psychological deficiencies, disorders and incompetence. They are not to be taken lightly because they follow you were ever you go. You will not be able to apply for a job or schooling because of federal regulations stipulating said mental capacities in public record. You will most likely be placed in a mental institution for an indefinite period of time. The only ones able to issue a section eight is a military PEB (physical evaluation board) upon the recommendation of two mental health specialists.
