How can you delete your msn or Hotmail account?

Follow these steps to delete your Hotmail account:

1)go on windows live ID

2)and then it wil say close account

One note: if you're closing your account because you feel someone's abusing it, be aware that some time after you close your account, someone else could open a new one... using your old account name and pretend to be you. I recommend just stop using it because that is the simplest thing to do.

However, in the interest of keeping your reputation safe, I'd also recommend that you do check in on it every so often to keep it active just to make sure no one else takes it. 1. Open following link:

3. Click on "Close account" button.

4. Your account will be reserved for 270 days so that if you want to re-activate it, you can do within 270 days. After 270 days it'll be deleted permanently and you'll not be able to re-activate it.

And leave it at that so you don't go on and nobody else can! SIMPLE!

1.Go in the account that you want to delete

2.Go to your inbox

3.Next to it it says Options click on it

4.On Manage your account click on View and Edit your personal information click on it

5.Go to the bottom it will say Close your account click on it

6.Put your password on the bottom to delete it

7.If you cant click on the blue letters that say Close your Microsoft account

8.Now when you click on Close your Microsoft account click Close account and it will delete it and if you don't log in in 270 days I believe its going to be delete if you log in without 270 its going to reactivate your account
