How do i get a strong bond with my cat who hates milk and can't go outside?

Firstly, get the animal to trust you. By spending lot's of time with it and stroking it often will get the animal to feel more comfortable and affectionate towards you. Be patient, this may take a long time. DO NOT try and pick it up unless it loves being picked up. Picking up the cat after many weeks of training could lead into life suspicion.

After a few weeks of getting the animal to trust you, offer it some milk. If the animal refuses try again the next day, Always leaving a tempting saucer somewher where the animal is bound to go. If you try for weeks and weeks with the same results then forget about it, the animal will NEVER like milk at this rate.

Getting the animal to go outside will prove to be difficult. Once the animal has put its full trust in you, try standing just outside the door and calling and cooing to it. If the animal moves toward you and rubs against your hand, well done, the animal has trusted you enough, try every day always moving just a tiny space from where you were the day before. If you fail, don't strees. Be Patient eventually the animal MUST move toward you.
