Look at your Tube Map and travel to Kings Cross/St Pancras Station.
Piccadilly line, direct
Take the Northern Line (black on the tube map) going south.
It's only about 400 yards so the easiest way is to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, take a cab.
Take the tube.... Hammersmith and City line to King's cros/ St. Pancrass
