to get unlimited master balls in emerald, first get a master ball,save it then beat the elite 4, go to the battle tower, and give one of your pokemon the master ball put in your pc save then take it out talk yo the first girl at the counter enter any pokemon,while it's saving shut it off. Turn it on the go to your bag, there you will find 99 master balls, this also works for cloning pokemon.
