by wrapping heat tape around them and then insulate both the pipe and heat tape but make sure your frozen pipes are not cracked or split because you will have a mess when they unfreeze and insulating the pipes is no fun but it will have to be done in order for the heat tape to work properly. when buy heat tape they always give you the specs of what size insulation to put over what size of pipes you have.

Type your answer here...My water pipe was clogged with rust to the point that no water would come out of the faucet at all. What i did was, with the water pressure still pushing against the clog, i took an air hose and shot air back into the faucet, pushing backwards on the clog and i held the air until so much pressure (air) got into the line , it was getting hard for me to hold it and keep it sealed . When i let off , all of that air pressure came bursting out with small chunks of rust coming with it and some water, then it clogged again. I repeated that process 4 times and the clog eventually removed itself. I had good pressure after that . It worked so well that i decided to do it to every faucet in my house. However, there are drawbacks to doing this . After i had done this , i realized that i had stopped up the valve going to my toilet . So, i just removed the hose from the back of my toilet and proceeded with the same process and it worked. So keep in mind , as you are unclogging one faucet with this method, you could be clogging another, with rust , that is. But in the end , it did work effectively. There might also be a risk of bursting a waterline inside your wall if too much air pressure is applied.

A clogged sewer drain can be unclogged by either using a mechanical solution, or by using a chemical solution. The mechanical solution involves using a drain snake, which is inserted in the drain and twisted until the clog is removed. The chemical way involves pouring the mixture into the drain and dissolving the clog.

The easiest way and safest to thaw sewer lines is the use of a water Jetter with warm water NOT hot as you do not want to thermo shock the pipe

How do you clear blocked kitchen drains?

Clogged drains are caused by the accumulation of sticky material in the water pipes. Many times stuff like hair, food, plastic pouches.. gets stuck in the pipes and starts accumulating. Because of this the water from the kitchen or shower sink takes time to drain. Many times the drain pipes emit foul odor. Once the pipes are blocked, either the water stops draining from the sink or the debris starts coming out of the sink and toilets. The clogged water may also start leaking and also rust the pipes.[Source:A-General Plumbing and Sewer Service]
