you are awesome!
You don't write a letter to the teacher. He/she has nothing to do with the transfer. Go to the school office, get the forms for transfer, fill out the forms, and turn them into the school. The school will inform the teacher that the student is moving, to collect books, and to give the grades earned to the office. The office will send all forms needed to the new school.
Write it like you do like them!
To write a goodbye letter you should include why you are leaving, how long you will be, and if possible, where you are going. You can also include a little history about something that was shared in the past.
The teacher should encourage the student to write more legibly. So, yes, a teacher should correct a student if they are not writing legibly.
This is a statement and not a question.
More information is needed. Why do you want to write to your teacher?

If by unfit, you mean like saying stuff that teachers aren't supposed to say- or incorrect language like yall's- or demonstrating what a student did by sticking up her/middle finger-or cussing during class- to students- and teachers- try getting your teacher so irritated that she'll/he'll want to leave- then make them do something they'll regret for evidence- tell the principle- or write a letter to the school board- or write a ressignation letter from that teacher to the school board and the principle. And before she/he leaves, say, "screw you. And I hate you! Goodbye!" hope that works!:) :) <3 <3
Be very truthful
A farewell to a teacher should be written either by a student or a co-worker. The speech should recognize the teacher for his or her hard work and what he or she has done for students over the years.
