How do make you good passes in water polo?

[Edit]
Make sure to tread as high as you can out of the water using egg-beater kick, when the ball hits your palm pull your arm back, don't just stop the ball. After you pull your arm back, swing it forward again and aim for the other persons hand. Consider where the pass is going, is your recipient is moving, aim in front of them so you don't hit them on the head, if they're not moving, aim for their dominant hand (left or right) to make it easier for them. Very advanced players put backspin on the ball so it is easier for the other player to grip. Make sure the ball doesn't get close enough to an opposition player so they can intercept it.
