Managing requires lot of understanding on people behaviour and perception. Managers should be in a position to guide/lead their team members i.e. they should possess great amount of human skills, communication skills and conceptual skills. Also they should possess sufficient time management, technical skills and coaching skills. They should be able to foresee things and plan accordingly based on the current situation, past experience, intuition and sometimes by using their gut feeling. One of the key for getting things done from people is to be among the team members, developing the "trust", listening to their ideas and addressing their concerns.

In dreams, teeth generally represent your effectiveness or power. Compare the symbolism of teeth in a dream to common expressions such as "a toothless lion," or "that dog is all bark and no bite." Losing teeth in a dream might represent a loss of power or prestige, while growing huge teeth in a dream might suggest more power than you can manage.
The future tense of manage is will manage.

if you are successful but only by the skin of your teeth it means you barely did it. You can win a game by the skin of your teeth, pass an exam by the skin of your teeth or you can beat a red light by the skin of your teeth. You still win but only by the smallest of margins.Just barely, very narrowly, as in Doug passed the exam by the skin of his teeth.A related term appears in the Bible (Job 19:20), where Job says, "I am escaped with the skin of my teeth," presumably meaning he got away with nothing at all. Today the phrase using by is used most often to describe a narrow escape. [c. 1600]If you do something by the skin of your teeth, you only just manage to do it, and come very near indeed to failing.
