∙ 11y agoWell first of I myself have a peocock with babies; and there's always this raccoon that wants to kill anyone of them. So when the male peocock alerts the woman peocock with the babies. The mom usually intends to keep them quiet and covers them with sticks, leaves, dirt ect. And she tries to distract the raccoon away by walking away and lays in an area away from her babies. And since I have a dog usually the dog handles scatting the raccoon. Well for I think it's peocock team work! ;D
