When you sign in to Build a Bear Ville (BABV) go to the Virtual BABW store and then click on the big tan bear behind the counter then click on the option of entering a (receipt code) and type in the receipt code.
You can also get free credits on Build-a-Bearville by playing for 1 year. If you play for 1 year you'll get 1 credit if you play for 2 years you'll get another 1 credit.
