How do remove steering arm?

Some you do and some you don't. If you can put the pitman arm puller on and remove the pitman arm then leave the gear box alone. If the puller won't fit on it Then remove the gear box.

Take horn apart, remove center nut & use a steering wheel puller (carefully, when they break loose, it can be fun)

I don't know about other years, but this works on my 2003. First, open the hood. Remove the plastic cap covering at the pivot point for the wiper arm using pliers (or pry it off with a thin blade)....

Take it to Auto Zone. They will remove them and replace your new ones. IF you buy them there, I suppose.
