if you look under the hood on the upper left side by the hood hinge , there is a diagram of how the serpentine belt should be arranged. Fit the belt around all the pulleys except the tension pulley. Take a tork wrench and place on the nut in the center of the pulley and crank it towards yourself which will lower the pulley (please note that it is spring loaded so make sure you have it securely fitted or it will spring back at you. slip the serpentine belt on once you have created enough clearance to slip on...
