How do salamanders and newts make babies?

Answer:
Salamanders and Newts are thougth to be different animals but in reality they are the same thing. The male leaves a pedastle of sperm on the ground in front of the female and if the female approves of the male she will pick up the pedastle. when the eggs mature the female will then lay the eggs in moist places like streams or vernal pools and some species lay eggs under leaves.
