People have thoughts on everything that they see so shy people just have to learn to make remarks on anything. Shy people have thoughts on everything, but they suppress them. Maybe the thoughts are too ordinary so they choose not to say them. Whatever the reason, shy people just have to talk because they don't want to look awkward being quiet. Good luck.

Just be yourself. if people don't like you because your shy, then they aren't worth having as friends. Be friends with people who respect you for who you are, and what you stand for. If they don't respect your personality then ditch them. be open about yourself, and if they don't like it then they aren't worth having as friends.
