im only 14 and if ya ask me you should tell someone if its a family member a friend or anyone you can trust really. Then with the person you have told go to the doctors and tell the doctor you want an abortion. I do believe that if you ask it to be kept confidential, then they must do what you wish even teachers. (thats if your still at school or collage). Hope this helps you do the right thing and tell someone.
