they use their flippers to slide on their bellies

and when they move, travel to a new home or place

they swim very fast

they are good swimmers

Edit: It's more of a cross between a wadel and a shuffle because it's constantly dragging it's body

They waddle around on there flippers. Elephant Seals do not waddle on their flippers thee slide around like other seals but they are just a larger type of seal.
