well, its also called 'black jacket' the orange hoodie (jacket) was released in the gift shop catalog on the festival of flight hope i helped, :)

All clothes are in the catalog and when they leave you can't find them anywhere but they eventually come around again in the catalog. The answer is to just be patient. I'm waiting for it too.

The black hoodie was an old item, probably before you signed on. It will come back, but until then, know that all weird items you see on penguins were old items.
