You must know pulse width and max range required. You then find receive time (listening time) using 12.34 micro sec. Add PW and receive time then take the reciprocal.
You can approximate by ignoring the PW and just using receive time.
Radar Pulse Repetition Frequency - The number of pulses the radar system sends out to the target. A pulse can contain multiple frequencies.

Radar waves have a lower frequency that light waves. The frequency of a light wave is related to wavelength and speed by the equation c = »½. The color of a light wave is also determined by the frequency. The amplitude and brightness are not related to the frequency.
Frequency agility is the changing radar frequency rapidly and continuously to minimize jamming effect or enhance the target resolution and hit per scan. where as frequency diversity is a method to couple two radar transmitters to a single antenna simultenously to increase the range of radar in terms of coverage.
frequency modulated continues radar for detecting the target it generates the signals by continuously.
It's frequency reduces as the car gets further away.
Frequency is above 1 GHz or so for radar. General amplitude of waves put out by a radar gun is what I was trying to find when I stumbled across this. I imagine its in the mV or lower range though
FM CW radar sweeps the Radio Frequency over time. Time in Radar equates to range and results in a high spectral density at every range. CW radar has a much lower spectral density and does not code range with frequency in the same way.
Radar emissions are electromagnetic radiation that travel at the speed of light.
The noun radar does not have a plural form. Radar is an uncountable noun, a word for a system of detecting distant objects to determine their position, velocity, or other characteristics by analysis of very high frequency radio waves. Radar is an uncountable aggregate noun, a word representing an indefinite number of parts. The word radar began as an acronym for: RAdio Detecting And Ranging
