Its 18 kgs for 20 liters. 1 liter = 0.9 kg* * * * *

That, unfortunately, is totally wrong.

The question, as stated, cannot be answered sensibly. A litre is a measure of volume, with dimensions [L3]. A kilogram is a measure of mass, with dimensions [M]. The two measure different things and elementary dimensional analysis teaches that you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions such as these without additional information.

As a simple mental exercise consider a litre of air and of water. They will have very different masses.

Pounds are a measurement of weight and liters are a volume so it would depend on the weight of the item by the amount of it.

Litres is volume, Kilo is weight. You get different results depending on the density of whatever it is that you have 20 litres of.

It depends on the substance. If you have 20 L of (for example) water, it is going to weigh more than 20 L of hydrogen gas. Otherwise it is impossible to tell.

This depends on the density. 20 litres of water would weigh 20 kg for example, ethanol would weigh less, while lemon curd would weigh more.

The mass depends on the density of whatever substance uses that space. Mass = volume x density.
