When someone flirts online it often feels, odd, and depressingly unnoticable. I'll give you some ideas though, if I can. If it's just a chat room, politely and casually ask about them, how their doing and such. Then go into more, like what kind of movies you like. Or books. Take it slowly or else it may seem like some sort of perverted wierdo on the computer. I highly reccomend you don't flirt at all.
