1. crack egg(s) into bowl. 2. mix bowl using scramble technique (tilt bowl slightly and use fork to mix quickly, making color one solid yellow, not marble effect with clear color.) 3. add pepper, salt, seasoning, ect. mix in 4. add 1-2 tsp. of butter into skillet (put non-stick spray if desired) 5. turn on stove to low setting 6. pour mixed eggs into sizzling skillet 7. wait until underside is cooked, then flip 8. cook that side 9. mix around eggs to make scrambled effect 10. add cheese if desired 11. cook until white is gone or until desired 12. turn off stove and scoop eggs out of skillet onto plate 13. enjoy! : )
