Delaware legislature proposed a law that states anyone convicted of a felony as an adult is not eligible to have the record expunged. I am a victim of severe abuse who at the age of 13 turned to marajuna and alchol for comfort. I was eventually adjudicated to adult court because of the numerous arrests related to the tension in the home. Although I recived a pardon from the governor employers here do not hoor them and I feel that this law concerning expungement should be abolished. I am researching how to address the proper officials so that I can address this law.
