Spanish text, English, or text in any other language can be added to an HTML document anywhere within the "body" section (between <body> and </body>). It can be formatted with HTML tags just as English text can.
HTML code is always in English, so even though your webpage can be completely in Spanish, the coding must include English (in the tag names and properties).
