Letters sent to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) should have "UNITED KINGDOM" (Alternativly you can interchange UNITED KINGDOM with ENGLAND, SCOTLAND, WALES and NORTHERN IRELAND. The Postmen are pretty good with that sort of thing.) as the last line of the address.
