How do you analyse a UV-vis readout?

The answer is very complicated. There is no short answer. Courses in chemistry would be needed to explain. In general, the readout gives you a relative absorption of a wavelength of light passing thru a special sample of a chemical. By using several readings and having a knowledge of what you are analyzing, will only get you started.
