That's always a tough questioin. First, be honest. Second, you'll always want to mention a weakness and tell how you are working to turn it into a strength.
Here is an example: My coworkers describe me as someone easy to get along with - a team player - someone who always gives 110%. They'd probably say I need to work on my customer service etiquette a bit, but I've been working hard to demonstrate more patience in that area. Anna Webb
