How do you answer 'Market yourself' in a job interview?

Answer

If you are trying to get a job in retail/marketing or sales of any kind it is a common thing for an interviewer to expect someone to be able to sell themselves before they can sell anything else. And when you are marketing yourself or a sales item, you are trying to get the customers confidence.Confidence in the fact that you know what you are talking about and confident that they made the right choice to buy what you are selling. List good qualities about yourself ahead of time and when it comes time to do so, speak confidently about why you are adequate and capable of doing what you are trying to do.Even consider it a big act, pretend you are what you are trying to make them believe, speak as though you are those things with full confidence and NO DOUBT and you will do fine. I hope that helps.
