How do you answer 'What are three of your weaknesses in just a few words' in a job interview? In: Job Interviews |
Answer
The trick to this is to turn what are considered to be your weaknesses into strengths. For example, say that you are sometimes too much of a perfectionist. Another example often used is to say that you like to take the lead when working in a group, sometimes leaving little chance for others to step up. A third exmaple would be that you can often be over enthusiastic. Whatever answers you give just ensure that what begins as a description of a weakness finishes on a positive note, interviews are NOT the time for you to put yourself down.
