Whatever the position is, your answer has to relay to the interviewer that you have something unique to offer that none of the other candidates do. Everyone's a hard worker, everyone likes a challenge, everyone already has some experience. What you want to say is that you've got ideas for a fresh approach or a combination of your experiences lends unique insight...somthing along those lines. This question is meant to set you apart from everyone else who wants the job.
