I think that having teachers in the elementary, middle, and high school level who truly love their job and can inspire students to develop a thirst for knowledge that makes them WANT to seek higher education. I think having all that oil money around has created a huge span between those who have the resources and those who basicly fill the lower class criteria, in other words build up the middle class... Educated people who provide a solid infrastructure for a country to build on.
