That sort of depends on the job you are going for, but for the most part be honest without being negative towards what you don't prefer to do.
I think an excellent employee needs to be good at both.
Try to learn as much as you can about the job. What does it involve on a day-to-day basis and how much will you need to work independently as opposed to collaborating with others?
For most jobs, you will need to do some combination of both. The interviewer will want to hear that you derive satisfaction from doing good work on your own and enjoy the opportunity to focus on tasks, while you also thrive in a team and benefit from the interaction with colleagues. It's no contradiction to enjoy both. Working as part of a team is essential sometimes. A group dynamic can be very productive and creative. You can bounce ideas off one another and learn from each other's experience. At other times you can be much more productive on your own.
The balance will depend very much on the job you're interviewing for.
Honestly, I hope, but you can hedge a little: "I like to work with a group, but have a part of the project that is my personal responsibility." Of course, if you are applying for a position as a lighthouse keeper, you definitely prefer to work alone. If you are going to Antarctica, you definitely want to be a team player.
Both working with others and being alone is worth for me although working alone is to complicated because nobody will supervise you anytime you need help but this is good,it is a challenging role.Thought I can learn without depending one's capability.
Working with others is building a strength to make to achieve the goal of a firm. There's a saying that "In Union There is a Strength".
Working alone or in a group is more a matter of convenience rather than anything else.
This depends on the what the job or task requires in order to successfully accomplish it.
Well! It depends upon the group I am going to work ;)
I prefer groups then alone
i am working alone
Alone
agree

Working in a group
Yes
If asked this question in a job interview, answer honestly. If you enjoy working with other people to achieve a group goal, then you likely do see yourself as a team player. If not, and you prefer to be alone, work alone, and celebrate alone, then you likely do not see yourself as a team player.
You should answer this question honestly. There are merits to both types of work environments and employees who prefer them.
Pandas do not travel in groups so there is no name for a group of pandas. They prefer to live alone except to mate.
All horses, no matter what breed prefer to live in a group called a herd. However some horses may prefer to be alone, though this is uncommon.
How well do you work with people? Do you prefer working alone or in teams? Interview questions. How would you answer?
Leaders work well either way.
hi everybody i'am gonna write some informations about working with a group or working alone the first thing is that it is important to be clever because your cleverness might help you to expand your group by alot of your plans to make them a successful group also working with a group might benefit you in many things for example they might support and encourage you in the times of difficulties and sometimes they might help you however' you also will be one hand by creating a new ideas and by searching for what you want to know without using or having your cleverness or without working so hard there would be no need for you to be with a successful group . But working alone means being independent and trying to be number 1 but of course working alone also needs a cleverness because you can't be number 1 without working so hard working alone might teachs you the right way of how to take your decisions alone without the others help that could be a part of your mind of making the things ok and by developing yourself alone So' guys (as IF you want my opinon i said to my self that it is better to work with group who can really help you how to expand the way you used to work in it ). notice:working alone means having the ability to be creative
Pandas are mostly solitary animals and only group when breeding, but there isn't a name for a group.
