The statement does not require you to state that you are a Christian, but does suggest that you would be expected to live up to the standards that the company's owners consider to be Christian ethics. Your comment could be that you wholeheartedly support this view and would not wish to work for an organisation that had low ethical standards. Depending on your personal life situation and whether you feel it an impertinence to be required to do so, you could state whether you are married, whether you attend church and whether you are involved in charity or social activities.
