How do you answer an employee evaluation question about your weaknesses?

Answer:

Remember in an interview that they are looking for the best person for the job. They may ask about your weakness, but it is not in your interest for you to tell them. You can answer with something that is actually a positive but can be made out to be a weakness, like

  • People tell me I work too hard.
  • People tell me I'm too stubborn at finishing the job before I go home from work.
  • People say I'm too cheerful and generous.

Try and say it as if you believe it.
