Well, girls like when you have something in common with them so you can chat and start to get to know each other. Try hanging out with them and just enjoy their company. You guys can go to each other houses just as good friends (nothing serious). Just wink and be nice and try not to hang out with your other friends when your around her because she might feel shy and uncomfortable. Also try not to let the girl you like separate you from your friends.
