Go to their home when you know her parents will both be there and ask if you can speak with them - sitdown and explain what your intentions are, what you would like to do and if it would be alright for them as well as that you are willing to follow any rules they have - no matter what. I think this is a wonderful idea and her parents should be impressed. Good Luck.
