You would have to take precautions as to weather if the elderly citizen can still remember to swallow, if not they will have to be on a purée diet.. An all alzhiemer patients have to be watched/supervised when any kind of feeding or medication is administered.. Also most have to be hand feed with there silverware because most don't remember how to use them.
